  2. Ashwagandha and Vidarikand can be taken as a combination of herbal supplements, along with other herbs like Arjun Chaal, Gokhru, Safed Musli, and Shatavari.
  3. You can make the ayurvedic tonic with the mixture of Safed Musli, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Gokhru, Vidarikand, and Kaunch Beej powder.
  4. In the morning and evening, eat 6 grams of coconut pieces with cow milk. Ashwagandha can be consumed by mixing with milk, water, or other liquids.
