7 Best Exercises for Piles Relief and Hemorrhoid Care

  • Bend your knees and feet flat

4. Yoga Asanas for Piles

  • Lie on your back and bend your knees

  • Keep feet flat on the floor.   

  • Imagine a clock with your belly button at 12 o’clock and your pubic bone at 6 o’clock.

  • Slowly tilt your pelvis back to the 12 o’clock position.

  • Maintain your feet in a forward position aligned with the 6 o’clock mark.

  • Shift your pelvis laterally, transitioning from the 3 o’clock to the 9 o’clock position.

  • Smoothly move through all four points of the clock in a circular motion.

  • Return to the starting position and repeat.

Note: If you have any spinal injuries, chronic or physical diseases, or any active vaginal or urinary tract infection, then avoid or do so under medical supervision only 

7. Light Aerobic Exercise for Piles

If you are unable to do the above exercises, then consider doing some light aerobic exercises such as swimming, regular walking and gentle stretching.
