Refund & Return Policy

Customer Refund:
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

You may receive a full or partial refund of the order amount at the discretion of the website management. To request a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds are applicable only if the customer receives a product that is damaged or tampered with during shipping.

All refund and return requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Refund or replacement requests must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product(s) must be unused and in original condition.
3. The original packaging must not be opened or damaged.
4. The returned product must be received by us within 15 days of delivery.
5. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
6. Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after the product is received and successfully verified at our warehouse.
